    When the boiler enters the normal operating state, the staff should pay attention to strengthen the adjustment of the combustion, try to make the pulverized coal can be fully burned in the furnace; adjust the air volume reasonably, keep the oxygen volume within the specified range, and strictly prohibit oxygen-deficient combustion.

     Don't forget to carefully monitor the changes of the various parameters of the pulverizing system to prevent the coal powder from being too coarse.When there is a problem with the coarse powder separator, contact for maintenance in time.When the fine powder separator is blocked, immediately stop the processing of the pulverizing system to prevent a large amount of pulverized coal from entering the upper part of the furnace from the tertiary tuyere, causing incomplete combustion and accumulating in the tail flue.

    In addition, it is necessary to closely observe the changes in boiler flue gas temperature, hot air temperature, and flue negative pressure.When it is found that the flue gas temperature, the temperature of hot air rises abnormally, or the negative pressure of the flue flue changes greatly, the cause should be investigated in time.If the exhaust gas temperature exceeds a certain range, the furnace must be stopped urgently and the suction must be stopped immediately, and the blower must be tightly closed, and ventilation is prohibited.

    The boiler shutdown treatment is also particular. Generally, the powder feeder is stopped first, and then the primary air duct is purged before stopping the oil gun.The oil guns should be purged one by one, and multiple oil guns must not be purged at the same time; then the boiler furnace must be ventilated for a period of time to completely remove the combustible substances remaining in the furnace.
