The flash surfacing welding of stainless steel chains can be divided into three different types, namely flash-preheating flash welding, preheating flash butt welding and continuous flash butt welding. They have different operating procedures and characteristics. The stainless steel chain made is also There will be a slight difference.


 


The so-called flash-preheating flash welding is to add a flash process before the preheating flash welding of the stainless steel chain, the purpose is to burn the uneven steel bar end surface smoothly, so that the preheating is even.When welding, first flash continuously, and then flash welding with preheating.


 


The preheating flash butt welding seems to be the same, but in essence it is to add a preheating process before the continuous flash welding of the stainless steel chain to expand the welding heat affected zone.When the steel bar reaches the preheating temperature, it enters the flashing stage, which is then upset forged.


 


When using continuous flash butt welding to weld the stainless steel chain, you need to close the circuit first to make the two steel bars slightly contact.At the same time, metal particles will be ejected from the gap between the end faces; then the steel bars are slowly moved to keep the two end faces in slight contact, forming a connecting flash.


 


When the flash reaches a predetermined length and the end of the steel bar is heated to near the melting point, the upsetting is carried out quickly with a certain pressure.Generally, it is upset forged with electricity first, and then forged to a certain length by electricity, so that the welded joints on the stainless steel chain can be processed.
