More than any other tool, a ratchet will last you a lifetime. Quality ratchets could be serviced inexpensively and so should never degrade. Sockets are interchangeable because they are all Ratchets Wheel standard. Buy the greatest ratchet you are able, even if you buy inexpensive sockets to get started on with.

Socket release
Sockets will be held onto the ratchet utilizing a minor spring-loaded ball privately of the square travel. Tooth count
