I wonder if you have noticed that there will be scars on the surface of the stainless steel conveyor chain after being used for a period of time. How exactly are defects such as scars on the surface of the stainless steel conveyor chain plate produced? What are the specific factors?

Under normal circumstances, the stainless steel conveyor chain plate scars that we see are usually distributed on the surface of the conveyor chain plate. Within a certain range, the distance between the head and the tail of the plate is about 500mm, forming one or more pits with irregular shapes and colors. In fact, the probability of scarring of conveyor chain plates of different materials is also different, but in any case, this will seriously affect the appearance and normal use of the chain plates.

What causes the stainless steel conveyor chain plate to avoid scars?Among them, the failure to completely remove the cutting burrs of the billet is the main reason. The work in this area is completed by a special deburring machine, but there may be negligence.Once the burrs are not cleaned, the damage caused during the rolling process is the formation of scars on the surface of the stainless steel conveyor chain.

During the cutting process of the stainless steel conveyor chain, the slag returning from the head and tail of the slab is also a bad phenomenon. When the steel slag is serious, it can form dense and firmly attached to the blank area surface. The formation of steel slag is related to the improvement of low-pressure oxygen purity, inappropriate or fluctuating cutting life.

When rolling the stainless steel conveyor chain, if the roll control is not good, the head and tail of the conveyor chain will affect the rolling mill side guide plate, and it will splash into the surface of the stainless steel conveyor chain under the influence of the frame, thereby forming scars.
